Nice is renowned in France as an high security laboratory (or at least it is heavily advertised as such by its politics) but i guess they ll never be able to protect against everything. The driver has yet to be linked with a terrorist organisation as ISIS haven t made any official claim. We can only hope it won t encourage other ****heads in the world to commit this kind of attacks...
