JP, as long as you agree with your opponent/s about the rules, there will be no problem.
NBL just checks the result screen(the picture(.jpeg) file you take with PrtScrn button.Course your opponents should be NBL members also http://steamcommunity.com/groups/NapBL/members you to get points. Thats all.

Yes, you may be right about ntw. Most NBC members are focused on etw nowadays but we ll also participate the league with ntw-CB for sure.

the new patch on empire is unplayable,make factions unbalanced with millions of bugs,especially with arty capable of launching round shoot over 400 meters who become sharpnel at the impact :drunken: ,killing 80% of any batallion in 2 shoots and also able of targetting hidding light infantry units etc...etc.....
so how can we play nbl battles on empire???????

Screenshots do not have to be posted with results, they, together with replays, are great to have, but if anyone is unable to produce them it's not a problem.
The NBL will re-start every THREE months, giving the teams that are having a hard time in the lower levels the chance to re-start afresh.
